It took about 3 hours and a few kid friendly distractions to write the instructions for this free quilt pattern today. It looks more complicated than it really is. It is made up of 6 1/2 x 12 1/2 inch blocks and 12 1/2 inch blocks. If you can sew squares and rectangles you can make this quilt. Just wanted to note that the fabric requirements are 3 yards of the beige and 4 of the red. This is a little over estimated for error.

Thank you so much for the pattern. I’m going to try to do it in yellow and purple since that is my sister-in-law’s favorite colors. May even try one in blue and white for my nephew.
