Do you ever find yourself blog hopping from one place to another and come across a blog that you can’t believe you haven’t hopped to before? This morning I hopped over to Amy Bayliss’ blog Cajun Joie de Vivre. I was on my Pinterest board about tips for home. I pinned a home made hand soap tutorial made by Amy the other day. I wrote down the instructions to try. I have very dry skin from washing my hands so much. Usually when I go to a blog I browse to see what other information it provides.

Amy has a series of posts about housekeeping. I was intrigued. I struggle with finding the balance of being a stay at home mom of 3 boys, a wife, a christian, and working from home. She wrote a short post on this topic titled, But I’m No Maid, Getting Over the Maid Syndrome. I read it and a light bulb went off. I am blessed with so much from God. I asked to be a wife, mother, and an employee. I received these blessings and need to be thankful daily for them. I don’t want to say to much about the post. Please go read it. I know there are other ladies struggling with the same feelings and situations.
