Iced Vanilla Caramel Coffee Recipe

I came up with this recipe last night for iced coffee, like the kind you get at Burger King or McDonalds.

You will need to brew your coffee double strength. The ice waters it down.

You need:

4 tbsps (2 oz.) Vanilla syrup for coffee (Mine was sugar free.)

1 1/2 cups of double strengthed coffee

2 cups (16 oz.) of milk (I used fat free.)

8 tbsps ( 4 oz.) Caramel sauce ( I used the Smuckers kind for ice cream.)

Mix the milk, vanilla syrup, and the caramel sauce. Stir it well. Then add the the coffee. You don’t have to let the coffee cool. The milk is cold and will cool it off. Fill a 16 oz glass 3/4 of the way full with ice. Poor coffee mixture over ice.

This will make 4 16 ounce servings.

Enjoy!
