I played around in EQ7 this morning. I used a block with quite a few different color schemes to see what I thought looked best. It is a pretty easy block. There are only four HST’s and the rest are squares. I printed out the directions for the block. Now I just need to test it and go from there. I created a couple of images to share.

This one makes me think of an Irish chain quilt.
I recently had an email in my inbox from a lovely lady who wanted to know the name of the pattern for this quilt.
It is called a Double Irish Chain. I originally made it for my mother in a queen size. She bought a bigger bed and it didn’t fit so she sent it to my brother. I hope he is keeping warm under this beauty.
